Two years later, in 1917, Thomas married May Gwendoline Annie Scott.

May Gwendoline Annie Scott was born in Newport Monmouthshire Wales at 9 Power Street Newport on the 25th May 1895 to John Scott, a corporal in the Royal Garrison Artillery and Emily Scott nee Rich.

Thomas and May married on the 28th September 1917 at St Aloysius Church in Glasgow Scotland. Thomas was resident at Stobhill Hospital in Glasgow while May was living at 22 Hunterskill Street Glasgow.

Thomas & May had eleven children, the first child, Veronica, was born in 1918, and the last child, Yvonne, was born in 1936.

Thomas Lister Bramwell passed away on 21st November 1961 at The Cottage Buryas Bridge in Penzance Cornwall at the age of 72.

May died as the result of a stab wound to her back which punctured the lung causing an embolism. She was 73 when she died on the 17th August 1968 at The Cottage Buryas Bridge in Penzance Cornwall.
